Kubah Shakhrah Kubah Shakhrah is a Muslim shrine erected on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in 691 AD. This place named Kubah Shakhrah because it was erected on the highest part (peak) of Mountain Moria. Before I tell you guys about Kubah Shakhrah, I would like to tell you something. The architect is Khalifah Abdul Malik bin Marwan. The structure is basically octagonal.
