Kubah Shakhrah

Kubah Shakhrah is a Muslim shrine erected on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in 691 AD. This place named Kubah Shakhrah because it was erected on the highest part (peak) of Mountain Moria.

Before I tell you guys about Kubah Shakhrah, I would like to tell you something.

So that is complex Al-Aqsha. Many people says that Kubah Shakhrah is Al-Aqsha. Actually Kubah Shakhrah is the center of Masjid Al-Aqsha, in Palestine.

this is the sketch of Kubah Shakhrah. The architect is Khalifah Abdul Malik bin Marwan. The structure is basically octagonal. It is capped at its centre by a dome, approximately 20 m (66 ft) in diameter, mounted on an elevated circular drum standing on 16 supports (4 tiers and 12 columns).

Surrounding this circle is an octagonal arcade of 24 piers and columns. The octagonal arcade and the inner circular drum create an inner ambulatorium that encircles the holy rock.

   The outer walls are also octagonal. They each measure approximately 18 m wide and 11 m (36 ft) high. The outer and inner octagon create a second, outer ambulatorium surrounding the inner one.

  Both the circular drum and the exterior walls contain many windows.

This is Gold Kubah Shakhrah. This is soo gold, the real gold.

and this is inside the Kubah Shakhrah. There are many pillar and have a fans.

not even pillar and fan, but there is kind of hill but not a hill. But, not even just hill, there is something in there. you can enter.

And yea, this is the inside when you enter the hill. This is place to pray, but moeslim can not pray in there, because there are many soldiers of Israel that moeslim can't pray. We can say that is so "evel".

And this is when Palestine girls toke a selfie in front of Kubah Shakhrah.

Why I choose Kubah Shakhrah to be my Amazing Structures in a world?

First, I'm a Moeslim,

Second, it has an amazing arciteture, and

this is special place that the prophet Muhammad SAW took a rest for a while in the incident of Isra and Mi'raj.
